The Marina Society maintains a Berths for Sale list. Berth Licence holders may also list their berths with a broker, or online trade site.

If there are no berths currently for sale, please contact the Marina Office to be placed on a waiting list for berth purchasers.

When buying a berth, please note that the extreme dimensions of the vessel must be within the berth licence dimensions.

A transfer fee applies and all berth licence sales are subject to the approval of Sandspit Marina.  All berth licence holders must be members of Sandspit Yacht Club.

Licence Period

The berth licences are valid until February 2046 at which time a new resource consent will be sought and licences renewed.
